About Us

Hillside Parsons LLC is a private real estate investment company focused primarily on mixed-use and multi-family properties in New York City.  From acquisition to design and renovation, from leasing to management, all aspects of our projects are handled vertically within the firm.  

Our objective is to identify assets in gentrifying neighborhoods near transportation hubs, and implementing creative ways to reposition the buildings and add value.

Recent investments have included:

• 41 West 24th Street, an 8 story mixed-use building with 12 apartments and one retail store.
• 915 West End Avenue, a 15 story 94 unit apartment building.
• 315 West 112th Street, an SRO converted into two luxury condominium apartments.   
• 202 East 110th Street, a 6 story elevator mixed-use building with 10 apartments and one store.  
• 2147 Second Avenue, a 9 story mixed-use building with 16 apartments and one store.
• 6 St. Nicholas Terrace, a 5 story walk-up with 15 apartments.
